PMO Lead - Commercial

As one of the world’s largest independent providers of technology services, at Accenture Technology you will help developing the strategies to critical initiatives, managing work efforts, and monitoring & reporting progress ensuring high quality outcomes.  You will also work as a trusted business advisor, contributing to or picking up special/strategic improvement projects and urgent client facing items by putting Accenture's assets, tools, and best practices to good use.  

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in leading PMO teams in Services or Client Group or large account portfolio preferred.
  • Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, organisation time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Leadership.
  • Deep understanding of Accenture’s business processes and policies, operation excellence and compliance would be an advantage.
  • Financial acumen.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and mobilisation of services in the PCS service catalogue. Where unique services are required that is not part of the catalogue, evaluate and solution new processes, and then industrialise and submit into future iterations of the catalogue.
  • Catalogue of services include Opportunity Mgt & Pricing Support, Contract Mobilisation, Resource Management, MME Setup & Forecasting, Time & Expense Tracking & Reconciliation, Billing & Invoicing, and Financial Tracking & Reporting.
  • Manage team capacity and flex team size based on service requirements of the portfolio and portfolio pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with different commercial functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Contract Mgt, Legal and CDP teams to facilitate smooth business operations to achieve business priorities, campaigns and initiatives planned.
  • Develop and improve standardized operation processes, drive, and implement continuous improvement and optimization program for operational processes, managing critical program dependencies.
  • Lead/support continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics, and trainings based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Use, develop and oversee implementation for best practices/assets of our global organisation in accordance with global directions and rules; develop operational excellence initiatives to improve performance
