  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process2 Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers within the team3 Collaborate with other Project stakeholders to help determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications4 Own project Plan creation and updates5 Provide corrective actions in case of deviations from the Project Plan. 6 Able to prepare and lead weekly Project Review meetings
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Experience in software development and coding in various languages - C hash, .NET, Java etc2 A technical mindset with great attention to detail to guide project teams on technical challenges3 Expertise in Development methodologies and processes to lead process improvements within the team
