  • Key Responsibilities : Daily, Weekly and Monthly Service Metrics Client and internal Reporting Demand and Resource Management Roll on and Roll off of team members Training Team on Client tools and Pharma trainings as needed Manage end to End Client invoicing and Payment process
    
  • Technical Experience : Experience on Solman, ITSM tools Experience on Client Invoicing and Payments process using SAP Tools Expertise on MS office
    
  • Professional Attributes : Bring in good Service Management Practices ITIL Process orientation
    
  • Educational Qualification : ITIL certified preferred Graduation with 4-5 years of PCS related work
    
  • Additional Information : Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and automation of reporting
