  • Key Responsibilities : a: Manage each projects scope and timeline b: Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups c: Coach team members in Agile framework d: Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration e: Be the point of contact for external communications eg from customers or stakeholder f: Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests g: Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur h: Help teams implement changes effectively
    
  • Technical Experience : 3-4 years Experience in a scrum master role b: Familiarity with software development c: Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement d: Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks Crystal, XP etc e: Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills f: Scrum master certification
