  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Strong understanding on the HR Business Process along with impact and sensitivity analysis - working with Design Authorities 2: Independent contributor and should have sufficient knowledge in understanding the feasibility of a proposed solution in HR space 3: Should Work on Critical Enhancements, Solution Analysis and Project involvements 4: Accountable for all work performed and delivered for the respective process Areas 5: Work with the Natural teams to achieve better collaboration
    
  • Technical Experience : 1- SAP ABAP HR, Webdynpro, Portal configuration, Logical database 2-Must have knowledge on basic SAP HR modules and transactions 3 Should have Development experience/Developed new reports, smart forms, scripts and interfaces 4 Experience in creating and modifying Scripts and Smart forms 5 Experience in creating User-exits, Customer exists, BAPS, and Badis to add additional functionality to the applications
