  • Key Responsibilities : -Managing the Projects End to End through traditional SDLC or with Ways of working Agile/DevOps model -Managing Estimations, Risks, Finance and resourcing for the project -Deliver as per the committed Platform workstack understanding the platforms common goal -Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation
    
  • Technical Experience : -10 years experienced in IT industry involving SDLC with Hands-on End to end Project Management experience for minimum 3 years -Banking experience and Live/Production implementation experience -Risk Management , finance management, Resource management and Stakeholder management -Experience in applying Scrum principles, practices, and methodologies -Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Scrum, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc
    
  • Professional Attributes : -Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency -Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
