  • Key Responsibilities : a HR Connect and Service Now with Tier 2 and easy Tier 3 Issues Non-Code Fix b Applications Supported Workday and Boomi Integration Layer and many more benefits and payroll systems c Ensure all the data is properly sent to the target systems from the source systems though Boomi Integrations
    
  • Technical Experience : a Recover all the failures occurring due to system maintenance and failure and ensure all the systems have the latest and correct information updated b Escalate the issues / failures to the engineering team in the form of JIRA ticket and help in following up until issue resolution c POC for all the HR Applications
