  • Project Role :Mobilization Lead
  • Project Role Description :Direct mobilization projects and teams during service transition and solution realization activities. Leverage standard industrialized delivery models and tools, and meet operational and financial commitments.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Work closely with Project Managers to provide lead on service elements 2 Work on variety of different projects 3 Estimate Service introduction Cost and Resources for new projects 4 Manage the completion of all associated service project documentation 5 Work closely with the operations, technical and service delivery units to ensure that implemented services are able to be delivered to target service levels and performance indicators
    • Technical Experience : 1 ITIL V3 / V4 certifications and understanding of service design, service transition and service operations 2 Understanding of Infrastructure and Work place technologies
    • Professional Attributes : -Strong communication skills -Assertive and analytical skills -Able to handle client discussions independently -Effective stakeholder management and setting up the expectations -Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously -Should be pro-active in day to day support activities
    • Educational Qualification : -BCA, BTech in Computer Sciences or IT -Masters preferred
    • Additional Information : -Communicating the business objectives and scope of change to the service delivery function
