Network Operations Project Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our Network Operations team on an established client account. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the completion of cloud network infrastructure activities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create project charters and folders
• Assist transport engineers in completing circuit path files and creating bills for material required for transport cards and optics
• Initiative circuit workflows to assist transport engineers in turning up network capacity
• Collaborate with different teams to update project timelines
• Schedule and coordinate human resources for field tech dispatches such as cards and optics and other physical work required to build the physical network path.
• Ensure the material arrives as planned for upcoming installation tasks
• Monitor installation tasks to ensure responsiveness from installer/engineer/designer
• Notify installation resources when material arrives
• Carry out investigations into any missing material and aim to resolve
• Raise failures with onsite field technicians and understand issues with field operations
• Monitor timeline and delivery of all materials and power requests for Infrastructure build projects

• 2-3yrs Experience in project / process coordination in a telecommunications environment
• Familiarity with network path elements in data centers such as router ports, patch panels, DWDM and other transport equipment
• Understanding of backbone network designs and fiber optic transmission concepts
• Excellent documentation and data entry skills
• Capable of working in a high pressure and fast paced environment
• Fluency in the English language with excellent communication skills
• Desire to learn and adapt to changes
• High school diploma or Leaving Certificate is required for this role
