PDM Master Data Senior Analyst

Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

Role Description

  • Support client Data Steward team for requirement gathering, documenting process flows, policies, roles and responsibilities, data governance and related business validation rules for PLM and supply chain master data elements

  • Coordinate cross functionally to facilitate requirements gathering discussions, gather and document business requirements.

  • Support Data Steward to establish and maintain standards, policy, processes and procedures.

  • Query and analyze master data per defined rules to identify exceptions and work with cross functional stakeholders and systems teams to clean up data and improve data quality

  • Support in the creation of the training material for users and stakeholders Work with cross functional teams to conduct root cause analyses, communicate improvement recommendations and resolve discrepancies.

  • Metrics reporting, escalation management, drive root cause analysis for data issues


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing roles with an emphasis on systems, tools, data, and process engineering.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) or master data management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of CAD, PDM, PLM, MDM applications and data management processes.

  • Problem solver with strong verbal written communication and facilitation skills, with proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.

  • Fluency in PMP, Six Sigma Green or Black, DMAIC, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, SCIPAB, and other quality tools.

  • Good understanding of the end to end product supply chain.

  • Experience with Oracle Agile PLM with exposure to PC, PQM, PPM

  • Experience working on NPI teams developing hardware products servers, networking, storage.

  • Advanced skills in use of spreadsheets Excel

  • Experience using SQL, Tableau, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Metrics Dashboards, Data Modeling, and Data Visualization tools.

  • Experience working with master data, data governance and MDM solutions.
