Supplier Quality Sr. Project Coordinator

Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

The Supplier Quality Sr. Project Coordinator supports the Quality Engineering team by providing technical program management of sustaining initiatives. This person is NOT a Supplier Quality Server SME but instead, an individual who has general quality management understanding / experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating improvement activities such as yield improvements, quality management systems like bug management, etc.

  • Following up with manufacturing internal partners, providing updates in cross functional reviews, triaging to the right client stakeholder, etc.

  • Tracking and following-up on quality related bugs to improve adherence to Client’s internal bug closure service level agreement SLA compliance

  • Keeping bugs up to date with latest information and driving actions for bug closure

  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for quality and failure analysis reviews

  • Tracking and assisting in SCARs, Purge Quarantine, Stop Ship Build, etc.

  • Managing communication with customers (e.g. tracking customer issues, filing bugs to manufacturers, following up, etc.)

  • Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality processes

  • Tracking project action items to completion.

  • Assisting in other quality administrative tasks such as managing bug SLOs, following up on AIs, compilation of quality reports, etc.

  • Creating and maintaining internal project website using Client sites

  • Ensuring that Yield Improvements, QMS improvements and SOPs are developed and followed at the supplier


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability and/or test roles

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of hardware quality management, quality metrics and quality processes

  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously independently and in a cross functional environment

  • Outstanding project management and problem-solving skills

  • Have a quality professional certification such as Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Reliability Engineer, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, PMP, etc.

  • Familiarity with electronic manufacturing PCBA, servers, storage, networking devices, etc.

  • Familiarity with datacenter hardware is a strong plus
