Output includes written or visual product/process/technical documentation, online information, graphic design, instructor-led and/or self-paced training in any media (including printed, audiovisual, and computer or Web-based). Documentation is designed for external clients and/or internal resources.

  • Key Responsibilities : a Collaborate with developers and represent documentation requirements during product design meetings b Ability to write content for overlapping product releases without compromising on quality and schedule adherence
    
  • Technical Experience : a 7 years of experience writing technical customer-facing documentation b Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and Agile-based engineering environment c Relevant experience in developing documents for a multitude of audiences end users, administrators, system integrators, business managers, support and services organizations, and partners d Possess good grammatical knowledge, a clear writing style, and excellent content organization skills
