  • Project Role Description :Support the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for delivery of incident, change, problem, configuration management and Vendor order management for ITV 2 Manage all the process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas 3 Handle Major incident bridge and incident communications 4 Monitor and manage all severity incidents to comply SLAs 5 Responsible for quality analysis on the changes submitted and track the approval flow
    • Technical Experience : 1 Review all implemented Changes to ensure that they have met their objectives 2 Identify incident trends and manage to root cause resolution 3 Create Manage problem records and own throughout the problem lifecycle 4 Prepare MIR/RCAs and ensure they are delivered at the agreed timeframe 5 Own delivery of service reporting including daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports SPRs
    • Professional Attributes : 1 A good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2 Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
    • Educational Qualification : 1 15 years of full time education 2 Experience with 3 to 4 years in Core Network infrastructure
    • Additional Information : Very good understanding and awareness of the ITIL framework and procedures
