  • Project Role Description :Support the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : -The Analyst in the SI Capability are responsible to support a variety of projects, with a great degree of quality and efficacy -This includes working with client personnel and executives to identify and help address business requirements Our Specialists are responsible for a wide range of activities cut across various stages of an integration solution, including the delivery of the program
    • Technical Experience : -Drive the ITSM processes across the SIAM set-up and ensure that the quality of service is maintained in an integrated environment -Act as a conduit between different Service Providers in a SIAM engagement and manage communication across different parties
    • Professional Attributes : -Exposure on ITSM Tools Remedy, Service Now, etc, Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, Change Release Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management , Vendor Management, Service Desk
    • Educational Qualification : -Any Graduate with ITIL Foundation education Certificate in SIAM
    • Additional Information : Client facing role which requires excellent presentation and commnication
