  • Project Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

    • Key Responsibilities : -SAP-HR Banking PM- a:Strong Project Manager with 7 years of experience in managing SAP-HR Transformation Projects who manages project delivery, technology landscape, scope, schedule, budget, risks b:Responsibilities include determining the project approach and monitoring/reporting progress to leadership and client b:Define project scope and goals, review technology architecture c:Planning activity consisting of approach definition, WBS
    • Technical Experience : a: PMs having SAP-HR experience in Banking Domain is required b: Experience in supporting governance activities such as steering committee Project status reporting, taking ownership of critical issues through to resolution c: Should have worked through all the project delivery phases, from initiation to project closure and experienced in managing senior stake holders directly d:Should have managed large development teams to drive successful outcomes
    • Professional Attributes : a: Excellent communication skills Bilingual Arabic/English and ability to interact effectively at all levels across Business users and technology teams b: Self-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative to understand and follow up issues c: Takes ownership of problem
