  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Analyse, monitor, and report business performance metrics 2 Derive insights and provide proactive inputs to the leadership on business situations 3 Support leadership with the content for the management presentations 4 Any ad-hoc request from leadership related to critical business needs Preparing Quarterly Business Review presentations etc 5 Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Solutioning organization
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Developing, maintaining Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators 2 Closely work with senior leadership in Defining new process, reporting as and when new initiative launched 3 Evaluate, Monitor Coach the team members as when required 4 Closely monitor transactional activities performed by team share input as and when required
