  • Project Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : a: Independently manage Various project artifacts Plan, Risks, Issues, status reporting b: Responsibilities includes determining the project approach and monitoring/reporting progress to the Programme Manager and Steering Committee Sometimes s/he will directly assist the Programme Manager in running the programme c: Well versed with Business Case Benefits realization, should be able to drive the outcomes of Program d: Experience in change Management and Business readiness to enable new release
    • Technical Experience : a: PMs having experience in Payment, Digital banking, Cards, Automation and Lending b: Experience in delivering End to End Projects c: Global Mindset and self-motivated to lead self and team d: PMP Scrum Certification is preferable e: Good knowledge on Managing Risks Issues f: Experience in setting up Governance Model g: Collaborate Across functions and deliver continuous improvements h: Hands on experience with Project Planning, Governance, Planning BAU/Change to business
    • Professional Attributes : a: Capability to maintain good rapport with Business Stakeholder b: Excellent Communication Presentation skills c: Problem Solving attitude d: Delivery at Pace e: Experience in managing large complex programs single handedly
