  • Key Responsibilities : a- Should be responsible for the Service Delivery for particular client/clients b- Should be Point of Contact for Channel, Client and other stakeholders c- Should have experience in Client Facing interaction and Client deliverable Service Reviews Action items d- Should have experience in managing business transformation projects e- Should be able to manage project delivery, balancing scope, schedule, budget and risks f- Should be able to define project scope and goals
    
  • Technical Experience : a- Should be a moving objects between environments b- Should have Experience in SAP software c-Should have experience in Cutover activities d- Should have experience in Stakeholder engagement Comms plan e- Should have worked through all phases, from initiation to project closure f- Should have good experience in Agile and Scrum Master
    
  • Professional Attributes : a- Should have excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across business users and technology teams b- Should have good team lead skills c -Must be a good key player d- Should be self-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative
