  • Key Responsibilities : o Build reports from mySP4Cloud a Salesforce Pipeline Management Tool publish them on scheduled and requested basis o Publish reports to support Pipeline Management, key wins etc o Metrics reporting Publish key performance metrics such as win rate, win loss rate, trends other analytics on pipeline and closed deals o Prepare ADHOC Reports as per business request o Utilization Tracking Prepare team utilization / recoverability views
    
  • Technical Experience : o 8 yrs of experience in reporting and analytics o Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint PowerBI o Knowledge on developing reports in SFDC will be an added advantage
    
  • Professional Attributes : o Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to build good working relationship with internal stakeholders o Ability to take initiative and operate independently o Excellent stakeholder / people management skills o Excellent analytical and presentation skills
