  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : -Accountable for the management of ATOC teams with each team comprising circa 20 L1 and L2 technical resources including: Performance Management, Rostering Scheduling, Absence Management, Workload Management, Training and Knowledge Transfer, Coaching -Ensuring that their teams have the right tools equipment, the right access, and access to both Accenture and client email -Ensuring that their teams are in the relevant distribution lists, reading MTOC process notices, completing MyTE, motivate
    • Technical Experience : -Ensuring that their teams are briefed daily on relevant matters and that shift handovers are conducted as per process -Ensuring that any visual display screens within the ATOC are being used and displaying correct information -Adhering to and ensuring adherence to Accenture and client processes and utilising any mandated or provided tools -Accountable for ensuring that end to end communications for major incidents P1 and P2 and property related incidents P3 are dealt with in accordance
    • Professional Attributes : -An excellent level of knowledge in ITIL service management framework -Understanding and knowledge of all ATOC processes and frameworks -Understanding of external and internal stakeholders and corresponding escalation matrix -Ability to work under pressure, with minimal direction
    • Educational Qualification : -Bachelor Degree -ITIL expert
