  • Project Role Description :Support the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : -Monitor the queue and manage the workload across the team to meet agreed SLAs and SLOs -Review completed RCAs and confirm thoroughness and accuracy -Consolidate and publish RCAs to internal stakeholders -Ensure that Incident Problem approval process is adhered to by customers and suppliers -Produce relevant statistics and reporting as per agreed procedures and guidelines -Ensure all relevant systems and documentation used by team is updated and reflect agreements
    • Technical Experience : -ITSM Foundations certified Expert certification preferred -Good communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to build good working relationships internal and external -Flexibility and Capacity to handle changes -Result-driven with persistence, consistency and high quality in deliverables -Ability to take initiative and work independently -Good English skills in both reading and writing
    • Professional Attributes : -Project management with process excellence improvement mind-set -Stakeholder management defining and managing deliverables -Project accountability structural and analytical thinking
    • Educational Qualification : -Bachelor Degree
