- Key Responsibilities : A: Technical Consultant who has run Incident bridges in the capcity of a troubleshooter
B: Lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance
C: - Even can look at technical Problem Managers
- Technical Experience : A: ITIL Certified B: Knowledge on Datacenter, Storage, Linux/Solaris, FTP concepts, Networking concepts etc C: Monitoring Tools knowledge for Splunk / Optier / Solarwinds / HP Omni / CA Spectrum etc preferred D: Cloud Architecture / Support experience is added advantage
- Professional Attributes : A: Highly effective oral, written communication and presentation skills required
- Educational Qualification : Graduate
