  • Key Responsibilities : a- Should be responsible for the following Service Delivery for particular client/clients b- Should be Point of Contact for Channel, Client and other stakeholders c- Should be able to handle client facing interaction and client deliverable Service Reviews Action items d- Should have client specific processes and communication
    
  • Technical Experience : a- Should have 4-5 years of experience in Release management b- Should be a moving object between environments c- Should have good experience in SAP software d- Should have experience in cutover activities e- Should have experience in Stakeholder engagement
    
  • Professional Attributes : a- Should have good verbal and written communication skill to connect with customer at varying levels of organization b- Should be good key player c- Should be able to work under pressure
