  • Project Role Description :Create, implement and manage a program office function in support of the execution of delivery or product work. Monitor and report progress to key stakeholders. May have responsibilities for the financial and operational management.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : o Manage Key Internal Governance meetings like Weekly pipeline review with portfolio leads o Track and Report solution approval compliance from mysp4cloud o Manage Program / Project or extend PMO services for specific program / project being driven within solutions team o Prepare required presentation etc o Organizing monthly and quarterly global Town hall o Drive Internal Communication Requirements from leadership with support from Marketing Communication team
    • Technical Experience : 8 years of experience in project and program management including experience providing management information metricsdashboards to executive-level resources Should be proficient in MS OFFICE PowerPoint and MSEXCEL
    • Professional Attributes : o Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to build good working relationship with internal stakeholders o Ability to take initiative and operate independently o Excellent stakeholder / people management skills o Excellent analytical and presentation skills
    • Educational Qualification : o Graduation in any stream
