  • Responsible for the day-to-day ownership, development and nurturing of client relationships ​

  • Responsible for using your knowledge of key client challenges to seek new opportunities for increased revenue on your piece(s) of business, proactively driving these internally and to client​

  • Be the voice of the client within the agency and the voice of the agency to the client, and mediate between the two to get to the most effective outcome​

  • Ensure the briefs, work and team are thinking in an integrated way, and look for opportunities to utilise the specialists in the building​

  • Responsible for the managing, developing and day-to-day pastoral care of your account team​

  • Ensure your team are pinned down on the day-to-day basics of Account Management ​

  • Be an integral part of the development of the strategic and creative output, attending all key meetings and ensuring required actions are done by you or your team

  • Ensure that the output at each stage of the campaign process is on brief, and on budget​

  • Be a strategic partner to your planner on the client business ​

  • Be responsible for thinking outside the box and bringing insightful and relevant info to the development​

  • Lead the presentation of creative work and rationale for said work​

  • Attend all research where possible and ensure you are present at all debriefs​

  • Responsible for the financial upkeep of the account and for managing your team’s financial duties​

  • Responsible for the reconciliation of agency resource hours on a monthly basis​

  • Ultimately accountable for all estimates, billing, finance tracking and job reconciliations across accounts​


Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years Global account management experience in a creative agency​

  • Luxury or Automotive experience ideal
