Key Responsibilities

  • You identify, create & pursue new commercial opportunities with determination & focus,​

  • You hire & develop top talent, nurturing them, helping them take ownership, driving performance, delegating whilst having ultimate responsibility for delivery.​

  • You’re a great listener, fast thinker, tenacious & have impeccable creative problem-solving skills. You speak with confidence about the agency’s services across multiple platforms and situations.​

  • You share expertise across the agency to drive integration & help to build the agencies culture.

  • Building, developing & fostering a professional and trusted relationship with your client partner​

  • Understanding the client’s business fully, their marketing goals and professional ambitions in order to be the right partner to help them achieve them.​

  • Being data-driven and passionate about the full brand experience​

  • Mining for opportunities to grow the account financially​

  • Ultimately accountable for the Commercials on the account:​

    • Resource planning for your accounts​

    • Reviewing client hours reconciliation monthly, and remaining profitable on the accounts​

  • Defining the vision for the account which inspires the team to go the extra mile for the piece of business. ​

  • Ensuring the team across departments are working well together and addressing any morale issues quickly. ​

  • Ensuring an excellent standard of performance from briefing through to delivery and evaluation by the team. ​

  • Displaying resilience and courage under fire to both the client and the agency team. ​

  • Ensuring everyone is clear on their responsibilities, that they have autonomy and support in equal measure.​


Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years Global account management experience in a creative agency with a proven track record of senior client engagement​
  • Luxury or Automotive experience necessary
