Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
The Service Delivery Ops Manager will support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services. They will be responsible for building the relationship with key client staff, providing successful service delivery, achieving SLAs and high level of customer satisfaction, along with monitoring overall performance of services.
Job Description
Manage a medium sized team in retail operations within a consumer hardware environment
Lead global initiatives working directly with offshore teams
Provide continuous improvement to process including tracking metrics and feedback from process users and other stakeholders to drive further efficiencies in the organization
Provide coordination communication support to delivery or product leads and their teams to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments
Review project status reports and action item logs to identify issues
Manage risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders
Perform business operation activities such as reporting tracking, demand supply, managing risk issues at a project level.
Manage multiple projects under close supervision
Track, measure, report and communicate project costs, performance issues and risks
Experience with Demand Planning and Reverse Logistics
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or additional 4 years of experience in supply chain operations
Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain operations which includes demand planning and reverse logistics
Minimum of 4 years leading a team of professionals
Professional Skill Requirements
Retail operational experience in a consumer hardware environment
Global Management experience
