Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
The Service Delivery Ops Sr. Manager will be responsible to building a personal relationship with key client staff, providing successful service delivery, achieving SLAs and high level of customer satisfaction, along with monitoring overall performance of services.
Job Description
Will be the first point of contact for client management team to resolve escalations and coordinate day-to-day operations
Responsible for planning and execution of management vision for the operations
Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level
Generate MIS reports dashboards with a view to appraise management of the process operations and assist in critical decision-making process
Conduct Governance checkpoints and status meetings
Supervise team leads and Sr. Analysts’ team
Act as liaison for PDM activities to Product Groups / Program managers
Execute Complex Product Data Management Processes, Transactions and Data Entry using PDM applications
People management
Funnel innovative ideas through to client
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or additional 6 years of supply chain and/procurement experience
Minimum of 6 years' of experience in any of the following: Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, PDM, Cloud Services
Minimum of 4 years of team management/supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Hi-Tech engineering, manufacturing, and team management
Workflow management
Operations experience
Ticket based systems experience
