Key Responsibilities

Manage social listening insights workstream and end client user interaction across various stages like requirement validation, secondary research, boolean query creation, social data curation, categorization/ clustering, sentiment and thematic analysis, and insight generation to report creation.​

  • Independently manage social listening, channel analytics, platform workflows delivering high-quality output​

  • Interact independently with designated client resources regarding work objectives, expected outputs, timely delivery and follow up queries/ resolution.​

  • Collaborate with India and Onshore resources to ensure seamless program delivery​

  • Manage configuration on leading social media technologies to harness insights for the client​

  • Troubleshoot frequently occurring technical issues/ process gaps​

  • Coach junior resources on product, process and analytics capabilities.​

  • Ensure high client satisfaction through timely and high-quality deliverables.​

  • Suggest and prototype net new value additions and process improvements to maximize client value from analytics outputs.

  • Help in documenting client objectives, expectations on end output and subesquently plan, design and setup social listening/analytics program​

  • Support platform configuration by setting up queries, channels, alerts & dashboards ​

  • Maintain queries on regular basis to ensure continous flow of relevant data for analysis and insights generation ​

  • Perform data analysis to understand key discussion areas, themes, sentiment drivers, consumer perception around client defined focus areas​

  • Generate and deliver social insights report on scheduled basis with the analysis findings and insights / recommendations for client to action​

  • Conduct review sessions with the client to take through the reporting insights and gather feedback​

  • Closely monitor social data to spot and report key areas for client to action ​

  • Provide training and coaching to new joiners in the team on platfoorm setup and report generation process


 


Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Marketing / Communications / Science with work experience of 3-6 years​

  • Innate social media savvy – understanding of various platforms, content types, business linkages​

  • Hands on expertise on social tools like Social Studio Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, etc.​

  • Experience in Social Media AND/OR Secondary marketing research​

  • Strong report writing skills with the ability to build the story from data ​

  • Good communication skills. Ability to work with cross functional teams​

  • Exposure to traditional media / social media - Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Online News, etc..​

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities​

  • A mindset / knack for learning / absorbing technical and business domain knowledge​

  • Organized, detail-oriented and results focused​
