Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications
The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accenture’s $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada).  Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accenture’s leaders, and engages and inspires the company’s North American people, recruits and alumni. It positions Accenture in the heart of local innovation, business and technology communities and champions programs for equality, inclusion and diversity within Accenture North America and the communities it serves.
YOUR ROLE: North America Strategic Initiatives Production Lead – Manager


Accenture is looking for a self-starter and an excellent storyteller who is a broadcast and production expert. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end production on the North America programs that support strategic initiatives in the delivery of high-quality, creative, and visually stunning productions (videos, broadcasts) that will be used across the NA market and beyond.  You will work on C-suite initiatives for the North America CEO and CMO. You are a creative thinker who is a great collaborator, leading all facets of video production—from story ideation, to creative briefs with agency partners and creative teams, to editorial messaging to updating video assets for distribution—you will lead the charge.
While there will never be a typical day at Accenture, here’s a look at some of your responsibilities.
Production and Storytelling Responsibilities
• Excellent video production skills 
• Can provide consolidated and constructive feedback to editors and designers
• Can produce live broadcasts and manage multiple production elements within a broadcast
• Has agility in spades and can find creative solutions to challenges
• Understands the voice of the NA CEO and his key message pillars and business initiatives
• Excellent creative brief writing skills and ability to onboard agencies with creative vision
• Reporting on video and broadcast metrics and optimizing tactics based on KPIs
• Resident expert on the latest production tools and technologies
• Onboarding training for new M+C team members on video and broadcast protocol


Skills and Work Experience:

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
Work Experience: 

  • Minimum 7 years of production experience

  • Minimum 3 years business experience, working in a complex organization, ideally in a marketing environment but with a focus/interest in marketing operations excellence

Work Requirements:
Virtual role, working from home or local office – may need to travel on occasion for meetings and video shoots once travel is reinstated.
