Content Development Manager

Work closely with Accenture Interactive business leadership and Accenture Interactive Marketing lead to develop, manage and drive the execution of marketing and sales content

  • Drive core content components including, but not limited to messaging, positioning, sales collateral, demo, narratives, capability assets.
  • Team with industry, geography, ecosystem partners, Accenture Operations and Accenture Applied Intelligence marketing leads to maximize collaboration opportunities, ensure alignment, and share latest assets and content.
  • Create content marketing and sales assets to educate our sales teams on programs and solutions.
  • Identify external-facing opportunities across events, media, analyst and digital channels to promote program and build awareness. 
  • Manage and continue to grow our credential and case study program to ensure we showcase our best work delivered.
  • Create and drive articulation of our offerings with a range of materials (i.e. presentations, sales collateral, perspective papers, demos, etc.).
  • Work with the sales leadership and teams to help develop content, messaging and positioning support.
  • Utilize all channels to help articulate offerings and sale amnitions including: online presence, webcasts, education workshops, etc.
  • Create and deliver regular cadence of information and news for the sales teams.
  • Develop collaborative relationships across the global team.
  • Work with leadership to support sales and client outreach with relevant materials and content for sales support and “go-to-market”.
  • Help sales teams articulate and coordinate account based marketing efforts with industry teams.
  • Work with creative team to develop compelling sales materials.
  • Effectively project manage program and keep to budget.
  • Work with marketing and communication colleagues both centrally and in-markets across the world as a marketing ambassador.
  • Identify external-facing opportunities across events, media, and digital channels to promote program and build awareness. 


Skills and Work Experience 

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or other 4-year university degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of Marketing + Communications experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent writing, editorial and creative skills.
  • Strong understanding of business content and how to apply to business issues and problems.
  • Proven experience working within a sales environment.
  • Understanding of the competitor marketplace and our positioning amongst peers.
  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience of supervising support staff and contractors.
  • Knowledge of analytics packages, social management systems, CRM systems.


Professional Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priority projects simultaneously.
  • Relationship building skills and experience of managing complex multiple stakeholders.
  • Developing negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
