Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to support our integrated marketing programs for  Consumer Goods & Services – one of the fastest evolving industries at Accenture.  Our clients need to satisfy fluctuating consumer demands while seizing new growth opportunities in today’s integrated marketplace. With services spanning growth and innovation strategy and execution, redefining customer experiences, digital transformation, cloud enablement, data and analytics, supply chain, and intelligent enterprise enablement we help our clients achieve consumer relevance at pace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team with industry and M+C leaders to set strategic direction and goals.

  • Craft key messaging, lead in the development of thought-provoking insights, and position Accenture in the Consumer Goods & Services marketplace through a variety of channels including, thought leadership, digital marketing, social media and events to win market share.

  • Drive marketing programs globally while interlocking with local markets.

  • Showcase the success of marketing programs through powerful metrics and storytelling and share your leading practices with others.

  • Determine program effectiveness and identify opportunities and actions to iterate and improve campaign performance and impact.

  • Deeply understand the Consumer Goods & Services industry by conducting and analyzing market, competitor and other research to create and curate a distinctive program that positions and differentiates Accenture, raises awareness and increases market share.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • A Minimum of 7 years integrated marketing experience leading, designing and implementing marketing programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Consumer Goods & Services industry

Professional Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is 88,600 - 139,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
