The work:
- Build client relationships by developing and delivering strategic solutions for federal health payer clients.
- Design, develop, and deliver health analytics solutions with consideration for functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance.
- Review project proposals or plans to determine schedule, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
- Identify functional or cross functional requirements and resources required for each task.
- Establish work plans and coordinate staffing for each project phase and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
- Support the strategy and execution of analytics across business lines.
Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 6 years leading and contributing to client delivery projects
- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably with experience leading change and introducing new ways of working in an organization
- Experience managing client relationships
- Payer experience at large federal payer agency and/or commercial healthcare organization
- Experience with business development at a federal healthcare agency, including experience authoring and solutioning solicitation responses
Bonus points if:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience implementing and/or overseeing the implementation of advanced health statistics such as: regression, clustering, decision trees, exploratory data analysis methodology, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, and neural networks
- Experience designing and developing methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured, diverse sources including "big data" sources
- Experience performing predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing in a healthcare environment
- Ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesize findings, and create data visualizations
- Experience with developing solutions using advanced data visualization tools and languages, including R, Python, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Ability to negotiate complex scenarios and challenges and devise courses of action to resolve situations with predictable outcomes
