The work:
- Drive the strategic direction of the team addressing growth across the ecosystem in alignment with the account plan
- Build and maintain a high achieving team based on stewardship and inclusion
- Establish, develop, and manage client relationships
- Identify, develop, and groom a pipeline of opportunities
- Execute capture activities based on priority opportunities
- Deliver programs aligned with client business outcomes and account goals
- Develop and manage partner and alliance relationships
- Drive on-contract growth, exercise option years, secure optional tasks and originate / capture new opportunities
- Be visible to the delivery teams and play an active role supporting to drive the right behaviors and employee engagement
- Support continued alignment between the contract, the financials, the client expectations and the solution throughout the delivery lifecycle


Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of professional experience
- 6+ years of project management experience
- 6+ years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably with experience leading change and introducing new ways of working in an organization
- 2+ years’ experience solicitation response, preferably experience authoring and solutioning responses.
- Experience supporting a federal healthcare agency
- Knowledge and experience of the Military Health System
- Knowledge and experience of Commercial Health and/or Civilian Health
