Key Responsibilities

  • Together with the Integrated Search Lead, responsible for defining the strategic roadmap for the SEO activities and recommendations to be provided, with a focus on the Chinese market​

  • Responsible for technical and content SEO review of the China website​

  • Creation of SEO best practices and specific recommendations to enhance technical and content optimizations​

  • Responsible for assessing SEO performance using the defined KPIs​

  • Preparation and discussion with relevant stakeholders (Client, Client partner agency) of the quarterly Integrated Search report for China​

  • Coordination with Client and Client partner agency on actions needed to implement recommendations provided both by Accenture and Client partner agency (no implementation responsibility, only coordination).

  • Complementary Technical SEO review, using an enterprise SEO tool on a quarterly basis, of “SEO elements” that have the objective of increasing the visibility in organic search in China (e.g. broken pages, duplicate pages, images, links, robots, XML sitemap, non-indexable pages, broken links, redirects, etc.)​

  • SEO best practice and recommendations to optimize the elements included in the Technical SEO review ​

  • Content SEO review, using an enterprise SEO tool on a quarterly basis, monitoring the main proposed SEO performance trends to assess performance: natural search traffic, clicks & impressions, rankings for the most important searches / keywords​

  • SEO best practice and recommendations to improve performance on search engines in terms of the elements assessed in the content SEO review​

  • Summary of SEO performance insights and potential enhancements with respect to impact on agreed KPIs for China (to be included in the Quarterly Integrated Search report and shared)​

  •  Coordination on actions needed to implement recommendations with Client and Client partner agency.


Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience, with preference for background in automotive sector​

  • Background in digital marketing, marketing strategy and marketing content​

  • Ability to translate business challenges into analytical and insights-based problem statements​

  • Hands-on experience in SEO and Search at 360 degrees (technical, content, off-site aspects)​

  • SEO experience for Chinese search engine Baidu and dedicated tools​

  • Integrated / holistic search approach is a plus​

  • Solid analytical and reporting skills​

  • Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, with ability to gain client alignment and collaborate with teams across borders and time zones​

  • Proficient English level as service language and proficient Chinese​
