Key Responsibilities

  • Product Content Manager is responsible for the content and images used on the official website.​

  • Whilst the Product Content Manager is a great logical thinker, self-motivated problem solver and team player they will have an eye for detail in content, visual and technology. They will work closely with our account team, global team and third party vendors to deliver high quality content authoring, publishing and integration on website for our client. Linking closely with the CMS authoring teams in other offices to collaborate global CMS content management and deployment.​

  • The Product Content Manager will be briefed on the content requirements of the websites, they will upload, edit and review the content ensuring a premium web experience for the consumer.​

  • This role is ideal for someone has a good understanding of work in an agency, the automotive world and cultures, with detail-oriented mind and deep understanding of content management procedure and technical collaboration.

  • Take briefs from the Campaign Delivery Lead, define the content requirements for official websites around the world​

  • Following the brief, update official websites with the latest product information, advertising campaigns, photography and films​

  • Ensure that all content has been added correctly and follows the brief​

  • Always be aware of how the changes you make on a page can impact other pages​

  • These are live websites and so you must always be mindful that anything you do in the live environment will be seen by the public immediately​

  • Test the accuracy of the content once it is live, checking all content is live and displaying correctly and ensuring a premium web experience for consumers across desktop, tablet and mobile devices​

  • Trouble shoot content that does not display correctly and escalate any issues you cannot resolve to the Campaign Delivery Lead​

  • Provide support to the market service executives 


Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Multi years experience in technical management and technical collaboration management.​

  • Minimum 5 years experience in large scale website CMS(Content Management System) operation and management, experience in SDL CMS preferred; minimum 3 years experience in large scale portal website IA (information architecture) management.​

  • Extremely responsible and collaborative; creative thinking in solving problems; good team player, experienced in multinational enterprise working environment.​

  • Deep understanding in digital media, website technology and content management.​

  • Familiar with automobile industry related knowledge.​

  • Previous experience of CMS use​

  • Basic understanding of Photoshop​

  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize work schedule​

  • Must be computer literate ​

  • Training will be provided but experience of a Content Management System (CMS) would be helpful.
