Key Responsibilities
As a key member on an interdisciplinary team, the Creative Director owns the creative experience in social media channels, leading the development process from ideation through execution and translating brand and channel strategies into engaging, breakthrough concepts across social platforms.
Lead the development of campaign creative across all social channels, working with a cross- disciplines team to ensure cohesion
Drive the narrative and communications content across all social platforms
Ensure social creative is aligned on audience and platform(s) to achieve business objectives, using an insights-led approach
Leverage creative partnerships across social platforms to drive innovation
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and act as a bridge for the Social, brand and market teams
Act as a social media champion within the creative team, maintaining a pulse on cultural, platform and program trends
Collaborate with integrated creative teams working on a range of advertising and marketing projects
Work closely with Global social lead, social editorial directors and market social leads on the creative strategy and execution
Lead conceptualization and direction for of briefs and resulting creative that cut across the customer journey and experience, for product, experience and lifestyle
Present and defend content and concepts for both internal and client-facing meetings
Partner with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency in all production across social channels
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years experience in creative/content for digital channels
3+ years leading social media creative strategy and/or creative
Online portfolio or of demonstrated work in the social media space
Experience in visual and/or copy development and production preferred
Demonstrated expert level knowledge of content across social platforms and how social media fits within a larger marketing ecosystem
Luxury or automotive experience preferred
