Skill/Operating Group LMS Consultant [T&O] Level Consultant
Location Pune/Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bengaluru
(Pune preferred) Travel Percentage Expected Travel could be anywhere between 0-100%
Qualifications: • Education- Engg. Graduates preferred or, BCA/MCA or, Other graduates with experience in Learn Tech area / LMSs • Professional Background - Desirable – Bachelors in Computer Science Engg. (other Engg) / BCA / MCA • Certification in at least one of the following LMSs: Cornerstone, Saba or SuccessFactors Experience: • 7-10 years of experience in learning technology • Strong skills in one or more of the following LMSs: Cornerstone OnDemand/Saba, SuccessFactors Learning, SumTotal, any other • Experience in Integration and Interfacing of LMS with other Upstream/ Downstream Systems • Experience in configuring standard reports and developing custom reports • Experience with programming on client-side tech: JavaScript/React/other JS framework and/or server-side: Java / PHP / Pythion / Ruby / NET, databases: MySQL / SQL will be a plus • Content integration or content development experience will be a plus
