Management Consulting Manager
LOCATIONS:
Management Consulting Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Management Consulting Manager in Florham Park, NJ to provide pharmaceutical quality lab domain and technical expertise to understand and assess large scale business and technology challenges and provide business process and technology solutions. S/he will perform the following duties: work on proprietary technology assets to deliver best-in-class R&D and laboratory informatics services to our clients; evaluate the technology currently supporting clients research & early drug development, product development, regulatory compliance strategies, quality manufacturing, such as ELN, LIMS, SDMS, CMMS, and CDS; lead teams developing and deploying laboratory informatics technologies used to discover and develop therapies such as compounds, biologics, vaccines, medical technology; organize and rationalize laboratory informatics technology environments after mergers and acquisitions; build relationships with client stakeholders in the biopharmaceutical and consumer products industry that help Accenture become a trusted partner; oversee and coach junior team members; support business development opportunities, and expand our thought leadership position, using expertise in life sciences and laboratory informatics to apply new technology such as cloud computing, application, platforms, cots systems; and use of innovative digital technologies, such as AI, ML, RPA. Telecommuting is permitted for this role. Positions are based in Florham Park, NJ but requires international travel up to 25% of an average work week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a Bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field. Employer will accept a U.S. bachelor equivalent based on a combination of education, training, or experience defined by any foreign Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of IT experience. This position also requires 4 years of experience as a Senior Analyst or in a related IT position including the following experience: 3 years of experience working in a Pharmaceutical or consumer product R&D or quality control laboratory domains; 3 years of experience working with labware laboratory information management system (LIMS) and electronic laboratory notebook (ELN), Moda environmental monitoring system, and empower chromatography data system (CDS) application; 3 years of experience performing scientific method development and validation; and 3 years of experience developing strategies for laboratory process optimization, re-engineering, scientific Informatics Technology.
