Your challenges
We are expanding the Capability Network “CFO & Enterprise Value” EPM team in Barcelona, and we are looking for an EPM - FP&A Consultant.

As an EPM Consultant you will be supported by senior colleagues and manage project activities including project management, development team coordination, iteration management with CFOs and Group Controllers, preparation of project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Design models, processes and evolution roadmaps in Planning and Control, Reporting and Consolidation areas, assess operational and organisational impacts
• Support the implementation of new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions (such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle, Anaplan, SAP, OneStream, etc.)
• Collect and analyse business requirements to define and implement CFO operating models (using digital enablers such as Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, etc.) and in the Treasury and Cash Management area
• Support new projects’ sales process (preparing sales campaigns on innovative themes, preparing partnership proposals, business case studies, RFP, etc.) through the identification of areas with greater digitisation potential.
• Carry out performance improvement initiatives on operating costs, working capital and liquidity using advanced analytics solutions and models
   

Required Qualifications:

• +5 years of hands-on experience in implementing one or more EPM technologies (Anaplan, Oracle, OneStream, SAP, etc)
• Background in financial/multi-dimensional modeling, analytics or business intelligence
• Prior experience in full life cycle implementations
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‐solving skills
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering or related field and equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
• Prior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Agile methodologies
• Prior experience in business development and providing sales support including contribution to RFPs and conducting demo sessions for prospective clients
• Prior experience in ERP, accounting reporting & analytics systems, with a focus on functional process design, business blueprinting, program management/PMO for the best Finance and Accounting solutions such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft
• Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of a larger engagement
• EPM tool certification
• Ability to travel
• Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)
