In our team you will learn:

  • Innovate and deliver solutions to real world problems across our Energy clients, leveraging the latest technologies such as AI, cloud and digital
  • Build deep client relationships and bring together the wider Accenture business – including Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Interactive, Operations - to create differentiated offerings and enable the best solutions to our clients
  • Deliver tangible, transformational change for clients and develop points of view and results that lead the Energy industry

As a Management Consultant, you will:

  • Help lead and deliver industry solutions and offerings to help solve our client’s challenges, and support client discussions on these offerings
  • Develop your Energy industry expertise and distinctive points of view and build credibility with client stakeholders
  • Participate and engage in diverse teams assembled from the different areas within Accenture such as Strategy & Consulting, Operations Technology & Interactive), to deliver a differentiated perspective and tangible change for our clients
  • Grow and mentor junior individuals in our Energy practice, bringing your own personal story to help diversify and expand our talent pool


We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Understanding of the overall Energy value chain (Upstream / Midstream / Downstream)– including experience in areas such as: engineering, project management, operations and related technologies
  • Understanding of emerging technology trends e.g. Automation, AI, Agile & Dev Ops, Blockchain, Cloud, Data, Enterprise platforms, Security)
  • Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner bridging clients and our technical digital solutions
  • Understanding of how business strategy shapes business and technology implementation programmes
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information
  • Possess the ability to influence other people using logical fact-based arguments and persuasive skills / tactics
  • Desire to continually learn and improve own knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to inspire teams to deliver to a high standard in a suitable timeframe
  • A team player with the ability to coach and develop others
  • Be an innovative and analytical thinker

Set yourself apart:

  • Passion and enthusiasm for innovating in the Energy industry
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain client relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g. C-Suite, or C – 1 level)
  • Track record in industry or consultancy of shaping and delivering complex programmes or projects
  • Distinctive Energy industry point of view and compelling articulation
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in ambiguous problem-solving environments
