Key Qualifications: • Full time MBA or PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution • 5-10 years of work experience in top Consulting firms Big 4 IBM Infosys and or or Analytics firms like EXL for Insurance or Financial Services and or or equivalent or relevant work experience in a Life or Pandamp;C insurer • Industry Acumen – Core Operations experience or skills .NB andamp; UW Policy Services Claims. in o Life Insurance .Employee Benefits Group Retirement or Annuities. o Pandamp;C .Pandamp;C Commercial Lines Workers Compensation Personal Lines Specialty. • Technology Acumen – Understanding of intersection of Business andamp; Technology in Insurance. Understanding of impact of New Technologies like Cloud Data AI Intelligent Automation in Insurance. Knowledge in R Alteryx Python Blue Prism Automation software is a nice to have • Work Experience in or around one or more among the following areas: o Intelligent Operations o Intelligent Automation o Platform Implementation .Duck Creek or Guidewire or Salesforce. for Insurance o Group Benefits or Employee Benefits o Analytics or Machine Learning o Digital Strategy Digital Marketing Customer Experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite incl.
