Practice Overview:
The Customers & Channels Capability is aligned to the Capability Network division of Accenture and works with our client’s services organization. The team provides transformation services across five key offering namely Digital Servicing, Retention and growth, Field Services, Contact channels and Service Operations. These services help our clients optimize their cost to serve and improve revenue per customer.
The team is comprised of individuals who have great understanding of customer services function and span across various industries like CHT, FS, Utilities and Retail. The team leverages this diversified skills to deliver projects that helps drive quantifiable value to our clients.
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define service strategies, design and implement contact center or CRM solutions and help optimize our client’s service operations. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking and commitment to quality

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • MBA is good to have Experience: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in delivering software as service or platform as a service projects related to cloud CC service providers such as Amazon, Five9, Genesys (and ININ) or Nice or any other cloud solution • Working Knowledge of cognitive service such as Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Google Dialog Flow • Working knowledge Cloud (Private/Public/Hybrid) Environments, Server Virtualization, Datacenter Consolidation, Cloud Operations/Orchestration and Team Leading • Good to have Cloud Solution certification • Aware of one of the programming/scripting languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.net • Experience in setting up cloud instances, account / users with security profiles and designing applications • Familiarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Google Cloud Engine or Microsoft Azure will be a plus • Designing highly available applications with responsibility for infrastructure robustness, including networking, communications, server hardware and storage, Application, server, and/or network security • Good to have knowledge of AWS cloud solutions services such as Lex, Connect, Kinesis, Redshift, S3, CloudFront. • Good to have exposure to Amazon Connect – Amazon’s Contact Centre offering
