You Are

People in our Consulting career track drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights to increase market share or create new markets. Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to deliver outcomes that create value for clients. The Management Consulting Manager designs and implements technology and business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to technology, people, and process.

Skills include:

• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex programmes within a management consulting, technology delivery or engagement management/business development role

• Demonstrated success working across diverse teams and geographies, leading implementations across the end-to-end solution project lifecycle

• Proven experience developing and managing relationships with colleagues, teams and senior client executives

• Extremely strong collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritization and time management skills

• Ability to design and implement differentiated customer experiences through digital solutions (including across Cloud, Analytics, AI) utilising different delivery methodologies

• Ability to distil complex, multi-faceted topics into a structured approach and mobilise the right people to execute

• Relevant industry experience within commercial, retail, or digital banking operations coupled with a demonstrated interest in industry trends and an ability to develop and bring market relevant points of view to our clients

The Work:

• Help develop and define client’s business and technology strategy and lead the implementation of world-class solutions for banking institutions.

• Become a trusted advisor for senior client executives looking to solve critical business problems

• Manage all parts of projects across the engagement lifecycle, from client buy-in to planning, requirements, design, test, deployment, budget management, process optimisation etc.).

• Development of our next generation banking offerings.

• Build your reputation as an industry thought leader.

Here’s What You Need:

• 7+ years relevant experience leading large-scale, complex programmes within a management consulting or technology delivery role or with broad experience in engagement management, and business development

• Experience leading diverse and inclusive teams to deliver client outcomes

• An ability to lead by influence and collaborate to positively impact project outcomes

Bonus Points If:

• You’ve got an advanced degree or financial industry certification

• Banking systems certification

• You’ve got experience in sales and delivering banking projects on time

• PMP or equivalent project management industry certification
