LOCATIONS:
10+ years working experience of software development, has solid knowledge and skills of training, mentoring, and coaching development team to continuously improve performance in sustainable manner.
Applicants, who has played roles as developer and change agent, project manager and ScrumMaster, internal Agile Coach would be a plus.
Scrum Master Certification PMI Project Management Professional Certification 3-5 years of large scale Agile coaching experience;
5+ years overall project management experience with working knowledge of various methodologies/processes/training etc.
Technical project and/or program management experience managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects.
Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
