  • Key Responsibilities : Ability to handle all BAU activities Reporting, INCIDENT Problem-solving capabilities, troubleshooting, Admin level l2/l3 Open to Work in Rotational shifts and support over weekends Should work as a SPOC for MS Intune customer queries and respond withing timelines defined Should have knowledge of MS Defender and work on security incidents Should perform the POC Of the new requirement and share results with customer with regards to New configuration policy, app protection policies
