• Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : -Incident,problem,JIRA management with good technical skills -Experience on service now,SDLC process,problem management, co-ordination with different team -Knowledge working on Public cloud AWS Azure and any certification will be good -Good workflow triage skill, responsibility to troubleshoot issues with good understanding of backend process/workflows -Experience on third party cloud management tools like CloudHealth for work on issues related to tool -Automation tasks following SRE practices
    
  • Technical Experience : o Should have good Knowledge in Databases, SQL Server and Oracle o Cloud computing which includes knowledge about public cloud providers AWS and Azure o MS office experience with good hands-on experience on excel, PowerPoint presentation o Automation tasks: should have basic knowledge of python, powershell or any programming language o DevOps experience will be an add-on o Third party cloud management tools including knowledge of analytics and reporting
    
  • Professional Attributes : Good communication skills, Team handling skills, team collaboration and management tasks
    
  • Educational Qualification : Btech/BE/MTech in Computer Science with CGPA greater than 8
