Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to end 2 project or specific area of a project eg build or test in Networking, WAN IT Security domain 3 Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner 4 Understand the fundamental solution being developed/deployed - its business value, blueprint, 5 how it fits with the overall architecture or business operations, risks, etc
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Experience with Networking Public Cloud offerings Project/Delivery is a plus 2 Strong ability to manage projects from conception to successful implementation 3 Strong project management skills ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross functional environment 4 Experience with Network Automation related development or implementation projects is highly desired 5 Experience in Service ownership / Coordination is a plus 6 ITIL Service Management with Certs is a plus
