Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : A Part of a team working a 24x7 shift pattern B Handle all alerts and incidents, investigation and diagnosis C Support service recovery within applicable timescales D Engage with 3rd line technical support, internal support teams and / or vendors E Support processes currently aligned to ITIL best practice F Ensures that all requests from users for assistance are handled promptly and effectively G Identify and support delivery of improvements in Process and Performance
    
  • Technical Experience : A Minimum 5 years of IT Industry experience B Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Middleware technologies with a min of 3 years of on a Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic / Forms and Reports - Mandatory b WebSphere Application Server / Apache Tomcat C Validated experience in installation , configuration , deployment , SSL , Certificate , Generation and import of certificates D Well versed in UNIX operating system and scripting shell / python
    
  • Professional Attributes : A Good command of English language B Performs troubleshooting and solving of Middleware / application incidents C Performs restoration of the various server components D Performs optimization of the application and the system load
    
  • Educational Qualification : BE/Btech/MCA
    
  • Additional Information : A : Applying fix pack / Patches / feature Packs / interim fix on the WebLogic Environments
