  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Accountable for leading the Problem Management team, ie people management, objective setting, performance management, etc 2 Accountable for the Problem Management process, driving its governance, policies, scope, communication, and effectiveness 3 Delivering an operational Problem Management capability via a federated and governed model that drives across the business, including the integration, prioritization and management of defects, known errors and Production Problems
    • Technical Experience : 1 Overall 7 years of experience in an ITIL-based service management function Experience in being part of and managing a 24 x 7 operation, including but not limited to, shift hand-over, operational advice, guidance, support, and escalation 2 Multiple industry-recognized Certifications preferred ie ITIL Expert/SIAM
    • Professional Attributes : 1: Good Communication Skill 2: Ready for 24 X 7 Operations work 3 To manage and continuously improve the problem management processes 4 To manage behaviors, supporting and promoting culture and values
    • Educational Qualification : BE/B Tech/Professional Graduate
